Madison Rowan is a healthcare executive with a background in industrial and systems engineering from Mississippi State University, where she was a Division I soccer player and served as a multi-year team captain. She later earned her MBA, further strengthening her leadership and operational expertise.

Madison began her career on the hospital side of healthcare, where she spent six years developing a deep understanding of operations and system performance. She then transitioned into the private sector and now leads Mississippi Urology Clinic, where she focuses on operational excellence, advancing patient care, and financial strength.

Outside of her professional role, Madison is a wife and mother of three. She enjoys spending time outdoors and values making the most of every moment with her family.
