Mollie was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. She obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Mississippi College and began her nursing career on the neurology floor at Baptist Hospital. While working as a registered nurse she found that she had a great desire to further her education to become a family nurse practitioner. Now specializing in urology, she strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment. She is known for being hard-working, dependable, and deeply team-oriented, consistently supporting smooth coordination across physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff. Mollie brings strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a steady presence to complex patient situations, with a commitment to improving outcomes and strengthening the patient experience throughout the continuum of urologic care.

Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time with her husband, Shane, and daughter, Ainsleigh. She enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with her three dogs.
